Today he dwells in the highest echelons of ICBC's nefarious command structure. A criminal mastermind, many of the most daring and lucrative crimes of the century have been planned under his direction. His greatest ambition is to sow political disunity in Canada; to prevent the signing of a Constitutional amendment, he went so far as to try and destroy the entire solar system. Both the Government of Canada and his ICBC superiors took a dim view of this, however, and he has been harmlessly confined to the Senate ever since. For this, he blames Hydrogen Guy and Deuterium Boy, and has vowed to destroy them.

Late in 2000, Trudeau fell very ill and was dying. Hans-Raoul offered him a strange spice called Philosopher's Wort which restored his health and appearance to that of a man in his forties. When Trudeau and Hans-Raoul's plans to destroy the Diatomic Duo failed, he escaped with Pu Wing Fu into a Tonrazi interporter. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
